  • Developed a Sales & Marketing plan for CutisPharma, a newly created, niche branded pharmaceutical company, increasing sales by 97%.
  • Strategy development, oversight and implementation of successful product launches.

    • The list includes Walgreens, Rite Aid, Wal-Mart, CVS and other, local / regional pharmacy chains. Health systems include Mayo Clinics and Kaiser Health, among others.
  • Developed Commercial launch plan for Romeg Therapeutics, which recently received FDA approval for Gloperba, a liquid gout medication.
    • Strategic approach included a comprehensive product launch plan, third-party logistics, licensing, compendia listing, advertising agency review and selection, web design and sales force/marketing planning.

Operations

Our team possesses years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution and facility operations. This includes site selection and an extensive retrofit of a sizeable facility now producing and shipping an FDA-approved product.  Other areas of expertise include:

  • In-house production expansion and operations streamlining to minimize reliance on Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
